Using macadamia butter in cooking
It’s true we love to shout about our macadamia nut bars, and even our macadamia oil, but one thing which flies under the radar is macadamia butter.
Macadamia butter is gluten free, paleo and raw. Much like olive oil and avocados, Macadamia butter carries health benefits such as good amounts of mono-unsaturated fats, fibre and vitamin E. It aids the body in curbing inflammation and and helps regulate cholesterol levels.
Not only do we produce this wonderful product here at Waliz but we also use it regularly in our cooking. It’s an extremely versatile product to have in the kitchen as it can be used in dips, blended with chilli for a curry paste, enjoyed in satays, added to marinades or mixed with something sweeter like chocolate or fruit.
