Spring is the time for Macadamia Smoothies!
Well we’ve hit the first weekend of Spring and it’s time to say goodbye to heavy winter foods and hello to delicious Spring recipes. We are blessed to live so close to some of the best beaches in the world and nothing tops off a morning at the beach like a fresh, healthy and delicious smoothie!
One of the best things about smoothies is the limitless flavour combinations you can have fun experimenting with. Of course, we LOVE including macadamia nuts in out smoothies. They are tasty and packed full of raw goodness. They balance out sweet fruits like strawberries and blueberries and give you the protein hit you need after a morning of activity.
